We also planning on retaining coaches Pratt, Pound, Camp and adding coaches to each grade level as well.
3. We will be running a Fall Season (October/November) and a Summer Season(June/July) again in 2009-2010.
4. We are planning to add a 9th Grade team for this year. There focus will be playing and learning but also start to focus on the next step in their lacrosse careers (ie: College Lacrosse, looking at schools, the recruiting process and better competition)
5. We may expand our 3/4 grade teams, our 5/6 grade teams and our 7/8 grade teams to 2 teams at each age group.
6. We will be adding a Summer Camp to the the Summer program and it will be part of the Summer Season and part of the Summer Fees.
7. We will be putting together options for parents to purchase at cost "Resolute Force Equipment" (ie gloves, helmets) for their sons. We will make this optional for families, but want to at least give the option.
Finally, I wanted to let you know that in the next couple of days you will be reading a press release about me taking a new position as Head Coach at Stevens Institute of Technology(Hoboken, NJ). I am very excited about the position, but wanted you to know that my ties and focus are still strong in the Rochester Community. I have family here and have built very strong relationships through RIT, Resolute Force, Relentless Hustle(for girls). These are relationships that I will continue to build upon and cherish.
Resolute Force will continue to grow and get stronger. We only started this 9 months ago and we have already come a long way. We will continue to grow. Our Staff will get better, our players will get better and the Resolute Force program will be in great hands with Mike Kelly and I as the founders and Executive Staff. I will be in touch, or feel free to contact me.
May the Force be with you,(I always wanted to say that)
