FOLKS HERE IS HOTEL INFORMATION. THANK YOU GOES OUT TO TARA JOYCE FOR WORKING ON THIS FOR THE CLUB!!!
We have room blocks at two hotels, La Quinta Inn, West Long Branch, NJ and
Residence Inn, Tinton Falls, NJ. The rooms are blocked for
Thursday, Friday and Saturday (July 22nd-24th). If I mapquested
properly then the hotels are about 4 miles apart. It will take approximately
25-30 minutes to get to the tourney from both hotels.
In order to book the hotel you need to follow these steps. Please DO NOT call the hotels directly. Tis will only cause confusion and double booking of rooms.

Click on the WST Sports logo
On the left side enter Resolute2 for the event code
Both hotels will come up from here. Click on the Book Now button on the right.
FYI- I am not sure about the La Quinta, but the Residence Inn requires 30 days
notice to cancel a reservation. I asked because I wasn't sure if we would be
staying 2 or 3 nights. I will make a note for myself to call the tournament
director as we get closer and see if we can get an idea of what the Saturday
schedule will look like. I know that the Friday games will begin early
afternoon on Friday. It will be about a 6- 6 1/2 hour drive for most so I know
a lot of people will be heading out Thursday.
